The classes focus on simple, cost-effective techniques that allow you to spend less time in the kitchen and more time playing with your kids.

All recipes are child-friendly with an emphasis on nutrient-rich, unrefined ingredients that are easy to find.

carrot juiceI usually teach from my home kitchen in Alella on the Maresme coast (20 minutes from Barcelona), but occasionally use kitchens in central Barcelona and surrounding area including St. Just/Esplugues and St. Cugat.

Cancellation Policy – I require 48 hours notice to cancel your class, because I purchase food in advance of classes and because I need ample time to contact people on the wait list.

For cancellations made in advance (more than 48 hours), I will refund your money or you can choose to apply the credit toward a future class. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start you will forfeit your class payment unless I can find someone to fill your spot.
