Fast, Easy & Healthy series

I have developed this series of healthy cooking workshops with busy mums in mind. They are designed to teach you to quickly prepare simple-yet-delicious snacks, desserts, drinks and more for your family.

Most of the recipes are free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar, but packed with flavour! All are easy to make, as you will experience first-hand as we will make six to eight recipes in each class.

Week 1 – Brilliant Breakfasts

These fast and healthy breakfasts will help your children to perform well at school, concentrate and feel alert.

Week 2 – Super Snacks for your kids (and you)

Quick and easy snacks that your kids can take to school as a healthy alternative to the usual chocolate donuts and magdalenas that seem to be the staple school snack.

Week 3 – Divine Desserts

These decadent desserts have the winning combination of being tasty, easy to make and incredibly they are also good for you. Packed full of super foods they provide your body much needed nutrients, so much so you can eat them every day – guilt free!

Week 4 – Juices, Smoothies and Non-Dairy Milks

Learn how to create balanced yet delicious juices and smoothies to replace boring, sugary, bottled juice.
You’ll also learn how to make smooth velvety non-dairy milks that are far superior to anything you buy in the shops.
